Create an Email Signature in Outlook

Create a new emailEmail Signature

Click on the Signature button, then click on “Signatures”

Check the email account you wish to change, then choose “New”

Type a description for the signatureEmail Signature

Now edit the signature in the large box, formatting the font/size, use of bold/italics where appropriate.

Ensure New Messages and Replies/Forwards are set to pick up the signature
